The Sinner’s Prayer

Heavenly Father, I admit that I am a sinner,

and I am sorry for my sins.

I ask You to forgive me,

wash me clean from all unrighteousness,

and fill me now with your Holy Spirit.

I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins,

that He rose from the dead,

and that He is alive today and forever.

Jesus said that whoever believes in Him should not perish

but have everlasting life,

so I accept Him as my risen Saviour,

my Lord, my Master, and my Friend.

I will do my best to live for Him and walk with Him,

listening to Him and following Him all the days of my life.

Thank you that according to Your promise,

I am washed, I am cleansed, I am justified, I am saved!

Amen.
